The enquiry system uses a keyed identifier derived from an IP address for rate limiting rather than storing the raw IP address in its enquiry records. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses separately.

Relevant personnel and providers supporting hosting, storage, email and security may process the information for those purposes. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for abuse. Google Analytics measures website usage. Embedded YouTube videos and links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other third-party sites are subject to those providers' own privacy practices when they load or you interact with them.
Providers may process information in countries outside Singapore or Malaysia. Applicable data-protection requirements and appropriate safeguards apply to such transfers; the storage location alone does not mean all processing stays in that country.
4. Cookies and analytics

Retention depends on the purpose and circumstances; sending an email notification does not automatically delete the underlying enquiry record. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to any lawful need to retain information.
Access controls and other reasonable safeguards help protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
